FIDR tuyển Project Facilitator (16/12/2013)

FIDR is now seeking a qualified Vietnamese national staffs for the position Project Facilitator, based in Danang city, working for Project on Food Security Improvement for Small Scale Farmers in Quang Nam Province (PFSI). We strongly encourage people who already have some previous working experience, and want to seek their professional career in the field of humanitarian aid, to apply for this position.

Main responsibilities:
Under the supervision of Project Manager,
Translation  as required by supervisors
Implement and monitor project activities based on supervising by senior project staffs
Assist in research, planning and evaluation of the projects
Conduct project activity with local government, local residents, and other stakeholders
Produce reports on project activities

Qualification:
High commitment to work for the vulnerable people such as children and the poor.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, and strong sense of responsibility
University degree with minimum of two (2) years of working experience, preferably in the field of the community development / humanitarian work sector
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able and willing to travel frequently to project sites in Quang Nam province
